Welcome! I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, connection, and confidence. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and parent coaching. Throughout my career, I’ve provided individual therapy, developed group programming, and facilitated trainings in recovery settings. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the many ways people can be impacted by stress, trauma, transitions, and change. My background in international aid and crisis response has deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience. I also have experience working with third-culture children and families, which has shaped my appreciation for the unique challenges of finding friendship, community, identity, and a sense of belonging across cultures and environments. In therapy, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. I take a gentle, nurturing approach while tailoring therapy to your individual needs, goals, and experiences. I intentionally maintain a small caseload, allowing me to be fully present and invested in each client’s therapeutic journey.
